Creative Action is Coming to Mueller
East Austin to Welcome Discada and it’s Michelin-Recognized Tacos

As you probably know, Austin real estate saw a major price surge during the pandemic – some neighborhoods rose nearly 60%. But since July 2022, prices have cooled across the board. Lately, though, we’ve seen an interesting shift: according to the ReVenture app, the four East Austin ZIP codes appear to have overcorrected and are now considered undervalued by an average of 17.3%. Mueller Real Estate Update
Icon Homes Break Ground: The homes, which broke ground in late May, are expected to be completed by the end of this year. Reach out if you’re interested in one of the final 3 remaining bungalow options, which will be a part of the Mueller Affordable Program.
Muskin Company’s Sorin Street Row Homes Have Gone Vertical: One of Mueller’s premier builders is underway on phase II of their Sorin Street row home development with four more Clayton Korte designed units on the way!
