Andre is a licensed Realtor and registered Architect with a background in real estate development and design. After moving to Austin in 2015 to earn his Master’s in Architecture from the University of Texas, he quickly developed a passion for the city’s creative energy and unique neighborhoods. He brings a design-forward, construction-savvy perspective to real estate – helping clients navigate everything from zoning and renovation ideas to builder referrals and long-term property potential. He lives in Delwood II with his wife and two dogs in a 1940s bungalow he’s spent years carefully renovating. When he’s not working, he’s likely on the greenbelt, restoring his vintage Airstream, or building furniture in his woodshop.

Andre specializes in residential real estate throughout Central Austin, with a focus on well-designed homes, new construction, renovations, and investment properties. With a professional background in architecture, he brings a designer’s perspective to every transaction – helping clients recognize both the potential and the lasting value in each property.
