What areas do you specialize in? I primarily focus on Central Austin and its surrounding neighborhoods. My specialties include architecturally significant homes, historic properties, new construction, renovations, and investment properties. Whether you’re drawn to a mid-century gem, planning a custom build, or looking for the right project to grow your portfolio, I offer both real estate and architectural insight to guide you through every step.
How is working with you different from other agents? As a licensed architect and Realtor®, I bring a unique perspective and attention to detail that gives my clients a distinct advantage. Most agents focus on finishes and price, but whether your buying or selling, I dig deep with my clients and walk them through the details, from a home’s layout, light, flow, to future renovation potential and priorities to maximize a homes future resale value. Whether it’s reimagining awkward spaces, identifying cost-effective updates, or helping you see how a property might evolve with your needs, I provide informed, design-forward guidance.
Do you work with first-time buyers or investors? Yes to both! I tailor my services depending on your experience level and goals – whether you’re buying your first home or looking for strategic investment properties.
Are you available to chat before I commit to working with you? Of course – I offer complimentary discovery calls and/or an in-person meeting at our Mueller office to help you talk through all of your options, and walk you through what it would mean to work together.
For Buyers
What should I expect during the home buying process? We’ll begin with a consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. From there, I’ll guide you through financing options, showings, offer strategies, inspections, and last but not least, closing.
Can you help me evaluate a home’s renovation potential? Absolutely. My background in architecture allows me to assess layout changes, interiors updates and overall project feasibility, so you can make a confident, informed decision.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking? Yes. Getting pre-approved helps you understand your budget, strengthens your offer, and speeds up the process once we find the right home.
For Sellers
What do you offer in terms of marketing? Every listing includes professional photography, floor plans, and compelling design-forward marketing materials. I also create targeted digital campaigns and host open houses to attract qualified buyers.
Do you offer home prep or staging advice? Yes. I provide guidance on everything from curb appeal to light renovations that may boost your sale price. I also offer a trusted list of local vendors many of whom have worked on my house or homes I have designed, to get the work done quickly and efficiently.
How do you price a home for the market? I conduct a thorough market analysis using recent sales data, neighborhood trends, and property condition. Once I have a feel for price range, we’ll walk through the benefits and tradeoffs of listing at the low, medium and high points within that range. My goal is to price your home competitively while maximizing its value.
Architecture & Renovation
I’m buying a fixer-upper; can you help with design ideas? Yes. I offer early design consultations for buyers exploring renovation possibilities. It’s a great way to get a general understanding of costs, feasibility, and long-term value before you commit.
Do you offer referrals to contractors and consultants? I maintain a network of experienced local builders, tradespeople, and consultants. Access to these resources is available to all of my clients through my private client resource hub.
